Welcome to the Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is the beating heart of The Kendleshire, a tardis-like building hosting function spaces of all sizes – perfect for all sorts of event.
Location, location, location.
The Clubhouse was designed to overlook the golf course, taking in delicious views across the valley beyond and making the most of the sunshine.
We have always been keen to promote the idea that our Clubhouse is welcoming to all, so we don’t have strict dress rules or traditions. Denim is fine, as are trainers. We want you and your guests to feel at home.
Our function spaces are home to a wide variety of event types, of which you can download further information below:-
The Badminton Suite is our premier function space, occupying most of the first floor of the building. With floor-to-ceiling windows and a breath-taking bay window it is a brilliant party venue for up to 150 guests. Unique in the area for having its dance floor, banqueting area and bar all in the same room, it really needs to be seen to be appreciated!
For 2019 we are offering Party Packages in our Badminton Suite, including room hire from 7pm-12am and disco from one of our resident DJs, for just £500. Whilst we don’t permit self-catering there are a number of buffet options available starting at just £6.50 per person.

We have a strong reputation for excellent food with our chefs drawing from a wealth of experience and local ingredients to produce amazing dishes.

There are three purpose-made Conference rooms in the Clubhouse, The Badminton Suite, The Henfield Room and The Lakeside Suite.
Projector/TV hire is included in the room hire of each, and we have a range of layout styles, catering options and extras available.

We are able to provide a warm, welcoming and personal service appropriate for Funeral Receptions of sizes up to 200 guests.
The Garden Room on our ground floor is ideal for parties of up to 60 guests with a shared bar, whilst the Badminton Suite on our first floor has its own bar and is suitable for up to 200 guests.
We understand that it is often difficult to work out the number of people likely to attend a funeral so our buffets are generous and always go down well.
Meanwhile there are opportunities in both rooms for memory tables, photo collages and even digital displays.

We love Sundays at The Kendleshire, and they are always popular.
We are open for breakfasts from 8am until 11am, and our “walk-in” Sunday Lunches for tables up to eight from midday until 3pm (subject to availability). If you have a larger party in mind, maybe an occasion, then our larger booking Sunday Lunches could be just what you’re looking for.
